At DJIWholesale.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. All items come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- If a product is found defective within 30 days, we will, at our discretion, organise a replacement or issue a refund.
- We will provide a prepaid return label or ship a replacement directly to you.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, crash, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Improper installation or modification
- Water damage or exposure to liquids
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from use with incompatible products
Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect ordering. Please review product specifications carefully before purchase.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery via our support email or contact form, including your order number, photos/videos of the defect, and a description of the issue.
- We will review your claim and provide instructions (prepaid label or direct replacement).
- Approved returns must be received in original packaging with all accessories.
Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
We reserve the right to deny warranty claims if the product shows signs of excluded damage or if the claim is submitted after 30 days.
