How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 6-14 days worldwide. You'll receive a tracking number by email once shipped.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders of $20.00 or more. Orders under $20.00 have a flat $6.99 shipping fee.
What is your warranty policy? Every product comes with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We’ll organise a replacement or refund if needed (excludes misuse, crashes, improper installation, etc.).
Can I return an item if I change my mind? No, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please check product details carefully before ordering.
Can I cancel or modify my order? You may cancel or modify your order before it is fulfilled (usually within a few hours). Once processing begins with our fulfillment center, changes are no longer possible.
